Description
Kit developed based on a Malossi design, completely redesigned compared to the original. The gears have been offset towards the axis of rotation to allow for a uniform thickness of the spring mount. The newly developed springs are held in place by a clamp screwed onto the axis.
Can be used with Malossi gears and/or original gears.
Made of specially hardened steel, ground. The shape of the gear differs from the original due to the design of the anti-lock device. In order to maintain the retaining wall of the springs, as already described in the appendix, the wheels have been moved in the axial direction and centred even better than the drive wheels, thus achieving a double advantage.
The springs of the anti-lock device have a square cross-section for optimum performance in the smallest space and are shot-peened for maximum fatigue resistance.
The gear ratio has changed compared to the original due to the extension of 4th gear.
Laser-cut spring closure plate with reinforcement on the ‘clutch wheel’ to prevent axial displacement in the event of a breakage of the transmission system.
Gears with Z 12-13-17-20.
