Lovely product bought as present but my Grandma paid for expedited delivery and she had to phone up to push for it after receiving a message to say that it would be late! This is the fault of the UK and its government and electorate who voted for Brexit so I don't hold it against you. However given this situation, it would be wise to follow up deliveries as this is as much part of the experience as the product.
