Der Schuh ist zu fest, zu dem ist er zu eng.
Bei meiner Schuhgröße von 40 habe ich 41 gekauft und muss sagen das man schon ordentlich drücken muss um seinen Fuß da rein zu stopfen.

Good for riding, not so good for all-day walking
Having ridden in the pouring rain and working at a warehouse for a whole day, I can say that it successfully kept my feet dry, mind you that it was during monsoon season.
The shoes are quite stiff, feels very protective in all key areas, fitment is spot on as well, through, the toe box is a little tight. Feels fine for riding though.
I just wouldn't recommend it for long walks. Get a dedicated shoe at your workplace for that.
