测量自己尺码的方法：

1 肩宽

从背部测量肩宽，从一侧肩膀的外缘量到另一侧肩膀的外缘。保持直立，双臂自然垂放在身体两侧。将软尺沿上背部从一个肩点量到另一个肩点，并注意不要让软尺滑动。

2 胸围

在胸部最宽的位置测量。将软尺从腋下水平绕身体一圈。确保软尺保持笔直，并在自然呼吸状态下测量，不要刻意挺胸。

3 腰围

在上半身最细的位置测量腰围，通常在肚脐稍上方。站直并保持自然呼吸，同时将软尺水平绕身体一圈。注意软尺不要勒得太紧，也不要过松，以获得真实且准确的测量结果。

4 臀围

在臀部最宽的位置测量。双脚与臀部同宽站立，将软尺水平绕身体一圈。确保软尺始终保持在同一高度，并且不会向上或向下滑动。

5 臂长

从肩部外侧点到手腕测量。手臂自然下垂在身体侧面。将软尺沿手臂外侧直线测量到手腕。

6 内长

从裆部沿腿内侧一直量到脚底。测量时应站直，最好赤脚，双腿稍微分开。将软尺垂直向下测量，并确保不会滑动。

7 外长

从髋部沿腿外侧一直量到脚底。站直并赤脚，双腿自然伸直。将软尺从髋部侧面垂直向下至脚底，并贴合身体且不滑动。

8 大腿围

在大腿最粗的位置测量。将软尺轻轻绕在腿上，不要勒紧。为获得准确结果，应自然站立，并将体重均匀分配在双腿上。

Sehr schöne & qualitativ hochwertige Jacke, sie macht einen sehr robusten Eindruck, trotz des relativ dicken Leders, ist sie gut beweglich und lasst entspannt tragen. Das einzige Problem ist, wenn man keine breite Talie hat oder etwas mehr Bauch, muss man sie so eng zusammen ziehen an den Seiten, das sie dicke Falten wirft… damit ist der Sitz dann nicht mehr so schön und stört nach einer Zeit unter den Armen… Ich bin 187cm Groß und 93kg schwer, normale Figur (sportlich, Schultern etwas breiter als die Hüfte, kaum Bauch) und habe die 54 & 56 probiert….

Here to help others to find the right size. I'm 183cm / 6 ft, 90 kg/ 200 lbs, chest 115 cm/ 46", waist 94cm / 37". Athletic build. Normal jacket size 54 or usually 56 (from L to XXL) depending on the manufacturer. Alpinestars GP Pro plus v4 in size 54 is very snug but doable for me. A race fit for sure. So, according to RST size chart, I would be dead on with 46/56 size jacket. And based on the majority of the reviews online I would be better of by going size up to 48/58. Despite all these, I went with the size 44/54. Is not too tight. Close to race fit, but I believe I can still squeeze in some sort of (thin)midlayer (haven't tried it yet though) and this is with Alpinestars Plasma back protector and the quilted thermal vest. I guess I could do with a 46/56 jacket, but I like these type of jackets close fitting. 48/58 would be way too big, take my word for it. If you like your leathers flapping around in the wind, go right ahead and go one size up. That is not my advice to you unless you have very sizeable mid section and unnaturally broad back. This jacket has more room especially for the arms than Alpinestars. I have not riden with the jacket yet, since we have snow and ice until late april. Just here to let you know of the fit. Hope this helps.
