肩宽
从背部测量肩宽，从一侧肩膀的外缘量到另一侧肩膀的外缘。保持直立，双臂自然垂放在身体两侧。将软尺沿上背部从一个肩点量到另一个肩点，并注意不要让软尺滑动。

胸围
在胸部最宽的位置测量。将软尺从腋下水平绕身体一圈。确保软尺保持笔直，并在自然呼吸状态下测量，不要刻意挺胸。

腰围
在上半身最细的位置测量腰围，通常在肚脐稍上方。站直并保持自然呼吸，同时将软尺水平绕身体一圈。注意软尺不要勒得太紧，也不要过松，以获得真实且准确的测量结果。

臀围
在臀部最宽的位置测量。双脚与臀部同宽站立，将软尺水平绕身体一圈。确保软尺始终保持在同一高度，并且不会向上或向下滑动。

臂长
从肩部外侧点到手腕测量。手臂自然下垂在身体侧面。将软尺沿手臂外侧直线测量到手腕。

内长
从裆部沿腿内侧一直量到脚底。测量时应站直，最好赤脚，双腿稍微分开。将软尺垂直向下测量，并确保不会滑动。

外长
从髋部沿腿外侧一直量到脚底。站直并赤脚，双腿自然伸直。将软尺从髋部侧面垂直向下至脚底，并贴合身体且不滑动。

大腿围
在大腿最粗的位置测量。将软尺轻轻绕在腿上，不要勒紧。为获得准确结果，应自然站立，并将体重均匀分配在双腿上。

Nothing to complain about.
Although this jacket is rather too warm for rides in summer. And I bought a size larger for me, don't like how it looks, but that is entirely my problem.

Die Jacke fällt größentechnisch perfekt aus. Ich bin 1.87 und ca. 90 Kg, schlank. Größe L passt super und es ist genug Luft für Kleidung darunter. Bei 5-10° Temperatur und einem Pulli drunter habe ich nich gefroren.

Huge step down from older RST jackets
I'm very unhappy with this jacket, i had an RST pro series sport II (bought in 2016) which was perfect for winter riding...
I've feared this new jacket would be worse because it's cheaper, and i can see why..
I'll start with the most important thing, the jacket has a removable inner thermal layer, too bad it's just a gilet and doesn't cover the arms...whilist the old jacket had them..how can you call this a winter jacket?
Luckily i've managed to modify the thermal layer from the older jacket to fit the new one (i had to replace the zipper, is reversed on the new one).
There are no elastic portions on the waist adjustement so it doesn't stretch and adapt (the older one, had them), the main zipper is a single zipper with a little waterproof flap behind, the older one had a double zipper (one only for the waterproof membrane), with the old jacket i've never had water going through the main zipper, with this it happens almost everytime it rains a good amount...

Rst typisch ohne Rückenschoner , die Jacke hatt alles was das Herz begehrt schlichtes aber voll funktionsfähiges Design. Die Thermoweste ist bis etwa 5 Grad ausreichen.
