I bought a medium and the fit is great for me. I am 178cm tall, weigh 74Kg, 101cm chest. The vest makes it much easier to get my one piece leathers on and off vs my old back protector. the D30 back and chest protection takes up less room than just my old back protector with no chest protector and has a higher Ce rating. Minor drawback would be the coccyx protection is not quite long enough to give me full cover, but I do have a long torso.
Very happy with my purchase.
