X-Bar clamps (identification KM45) for 28,6 mm handlebars
suitable for the following vehicle:
Triumph
Street Twin Bj. 16 -
material: aluminium
material treatment: anodized
offset: + 5 mm
dimensions: 28,6 mm clamping
Our model-specific X-Bar clamps are mounted at the original mounting points. This means that an X-Bar handlebar can be mounted on many models with original 22.2mm handlebars.
For models with standard rubber mountings, this is retained. Depending on the model, the handlebar position changes from -50mm to +30mm, the value for your bike is given under offset.
ATTENTION IMPORTANT NOTE: Before conversion, please check whether the vehicle intended for conversion is listed in the ABE attached here!
For each vehicle there are different requirements and conditions which make it possible to convert the clamps.
The model allocations of the LSL clamping blocks listed in the ABE have been tested for use with the standard control arm of the vehicle.
The additional use of an LSL accessory handlebar is possible, but may require additional modifications to the vehicle (longer cables or trains) due to a different shape of the handlebar.
Increasing the original handlebars can also lead to additional modifications to the vehicle.<Check whether the following conditions apply to your vehicle (-see ABE):
- Use permitted when using a compensating support for the triple clamp
- with 20 mm longer brake line Use permitted
- with 30 mm longer brake line Use permitted
- with LSL instrument holder Use permitted
- with LSL instrument holder Use permitted
