Stopped working after 1 long trip

During our first long trip with this intercom it started acting funny after a couple of charges, and when we came back home it kept turning on and off again constantly, now it just doesn't turn back on. I can plug it in to the computer and change settings, but it will not turn on by pressing buttons.
