Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

Ich bin zufrieden! Dünne wasserdichte überhose
Bin Sommer und Herbst unterwegs gewesen (ca.10000 Kilometer), perfekte überhose !
Knieorthesen tauglich ! Eine Tasche nur, aber die ist riesig ! Gut sitzender Bund
Im großen und ganzen die Hose hält was sie verspricht! Preis / Leistung ist auch sehr gut!

Does the job
The quality is ok, the size is a bit exaggerated, a bit wider than expected, but it allows to put on protections without interfering with the legs movement.
