1 Shoulder circumference

Measure your shoulder circumference by wrapping the tape measure once all the way around your upper body. Start at one shoulder, guide it across the upper back to the other shoulder, and then bring it back around the front to the starting point. 2 Chest circumference

Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

5 Arm length

Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.
