Toleranz zu groß, Nacharbeit notwendig

ch hatte die Halterung für meine Honda Goldwing gekauft, mußte aber beim Anbau feststellen, dass die Löcher nicht genau übereinstimmten. Leider habe ich dann versucht die Schrauben trotzdem festzuziehen, ging natürlich nicht gut. Reklamtion GIVI sagt dazu: Pech gehabt, die Löcher sind innerhalb der Toleranz und man muss halt gegebenenfalls nacharbeiten (mit der Feile oder Löcher aufbohren). Ich sehe das etwas anders. Hätten die Löcher gepasst wäre es nicht so weit gekommen und wenn etwas innerhalb der Toleranz ist, sollte eine Nacharbeit nicht notwenig sein.
