Sehr gut!
Nun schon der dritte Helm dieser Baureihe!!
Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Der passt gut zu meinem Kopf! ;-)

Gut, könnte aber besser sein
Kaum Zugluft im Helm, Passform noch gut (für mich, liege zwischen den Größen, L ging gar nicht ( an Wangen viel zu eng), XL gerade noch), Geräuschpegel ok. Qualität Passungen/Futter könnte besser sein aber noch ok. Verschluss Visier/Schirm Werkzeuglos aber mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Visier eventuell zu leichtgängig (einzelne Stellungen). Öffnen eventuell etwas zu schwergängig. Mit Schirm seitenwindempfindlich (logisch).
Lüftung ok. Die Öffnung im Berieich Mund zu leichtgängig (schließt zu leicht), das Fließ in diesem Bereich (Fliegenschutz) war nicht korrekt installiert.
Kinnriemenschließung ok, gibt besseres.
Pinnlock ok, hatte aber den Eindruck das die Scheibe leichte Schlieren (nicht sauber / klar) war/ist. Zubehör umfangreich. Keine Reflektoren für den Helm (wer es braucht…) Optik gut (ist aber Geschmacksache). Würde ich wieder kaufen.

Overpriced, lousy quality and customer service
This helmet comes with 2 years warranty (can be extended to 5 years after registration with Nexx – but pointless, more on that later) and some additional parts to change padding internally, covers for mounting a action cam (side mount only) and some other spare parts (on locking knob which you´ll definitely need – more on that later). It comes with a pinlock visor for anti-fogging (expensive and pointless, more on that later ;-) ). Vent´s are one in the mouth area, total of three vents on the head (two on the sides of the forehead, one on the forehead, one on the back). Sunvisor (works perfectly well) and a peak which never caused me any problems. The rubberized outershell looks cool and using a wet cloth never caused issues cleaning the surface (except for the peak which I always removed and cleaned separately due to it´s design with so many corners, vents etc.). I also invested 300 bucks in the Sena X-Com system to have Bluetooth headset integrated.
My experience? I used this helmet over more than 30k KM (19k miles) in all conditions, except I didn´t crash with it (fortunately ;-)). The best is the design and (at the time of purchase) was the only helmet which (colourwise) worked perfectly with my green Triumph Tiger and had the headset integration ex works offered. I got loads and loads of compliments and questions about this helmet – much more than any other helmet I ever used.
What´s wrong with this helmet? Well, build quality and customer service. Don´t bother to register to extend warranty – if your dealer is tough he´ll get any claim honoured no matter if it´s within warranty or not. In any other case Nexx wouldn´t talk to you much, except constantly kicking your inquiry back to dealers, distributors with lots of marketing-blabla. Example – this year in May, going thru Croatia, one of the knobs holding the visor and peak fell of (obviously material fatique). Got in touch with the Nexx distributor in the next bigger city asking for a spare – he has never come back (or called me or answered a call) up to date(!) Asking Nexx they didn´t even care that their own dealer / distributor didn´t care – good service! Several repairs in the last years (pinlock didn´t work, padding went lose, rubber edging went lose etc.) didn´t improve the experience with this product. The only flaws purely based on design is the front ventilation (mouth area) which is completely useless – even if the flap is replaced with the “grid inlet”.
Finally, based on my experience the Nexx X.Wed 2 lives from the good looks only, but that alone can´t be justification for a very steep pricetag. Lousy build quality and customer service ruined an otherwise very appealing product.

Geweldige helm!
Deze helm is fantastisch!
Goede ventilatie, helemaal met het open kinstuk geplaatst. Je kan er ook voor kiezen om een gesloten stuk te gebruiken, dat je een beetje open kan zetten.
Wat vooral opviel was het zeer ruime zicht wat de helm geeft. Heel prettig.
De zonneklep is perfect aerodynamisch gevormd, de wind heeft er geen vat op tijdens het rijden tenzij je opzij kijkt natuurlijk.
Het zonnevizier werkt goed en is prettig te bedienen.
Één van m’n betere Helmen tot nu toe!

Nice fit for Asians head.
Comfortable, nice fit for Asians. However sun visor is a bit too small. Ventilation is good even in hot climate like Singapore.
