The pants are very comfortable and stylish in that "they don't look like biker jeans". I wore them in cooler weather and even during slight snow with a base layer and had no problems. They don't feel like they would be excessively hot during warm weather either. The protectors are on the slim and comfy side and you can remove the velcro knee pads easily with side zippers. I liked these pants so much that I bought them twice. Great for around the office, even other riders couldn't tell I had full protection.
One note: The grey is a lot lighter in color than it appears in the picture.
