測量自身尺寸的方法：
1
肩寬
從背部測量肩寬，從一側肩膀的外緣量到另一側肩膀的外緣。保持直立，雙臂自然垂放在身體兩側。將量尺沿上背部從一個肩點量到另一個肩點，並注意不要讓量尺滑動。

胸圍
在胸部最寬的位置測量。將量尺從腋下水平繞身體一圈。確保量尺保持筆直，並在自然呼吸狀態下測量，不要刻意挺胸。

腰圍
在上半身最細的位置測量腰圍，通常在肚臍稍上方。站直並保持自然呼吸，同時將量尺水平繞身體一圈。注意量尺不要勒得太緊，也不要過鬆，以獲得真實且準確的測量結果。

臀圍
在臀部最寬的位置測量。雙腳與臀部同寬站立，將量尺水平繞身體一圈。確保量尺始終保持在同一高度，並且不會向上或向下滑動。

臂長
從肩部外側點到手腕測量。手臂自然下垂在身體側面。將量尺沿手臂外側直線測量到手腕。

內長
從褲襠沿腿內側一直量到腳底。測量時應站直，最好赤腳，雙腿稍微分開。將量尺垂直向下測量，並確保不會滑動。

外長
從髖部沿腿外側一直量到腳底。站直並赤腳，雙腿自然伸直。將量尺從髖部側面垂直向下至腳底，並貼合身體且不滑動。

大腿圍
在大腿最粗的位置測量。將量尺輕輕繞在腿上，不要勒緊。為獲得準確結果，應自然站立，並將體重平均分配在雙腿上。

Sehr bequeme Jacke, die vor allem an der Schulter nicht so eng geschnitten ist,
sie fällt allerdings etwas klein aus, so dass ich leider eine Nummer größer kaufen musste.
