I wanted a jacket to ride on a scooter, and this one was my favourite after looking at literally hundreds of others. I've only worn it for summer riding so far so can't say how warm it is, or how waterproof. It is quite comfortable in very hot weather as the ventilation system appears to work well. There are plenty of pockets, internal and external, and I like the detachable hood. The jacket works nicely as a casual jacket when I am not wearing it for riding. It is a comfortable piece of clothing. It appears to be well made although I did have to glue two small pieces of plastic back into the end pieces of the draw cord that is fitted to the detachable hood. That's why I deducted one star from my rating. I usually take an XL size in jackets, and my Modeka Raid is an XL, and fits me very well. All things considered, I am very happy with the jacket, particularly at the reasonable price that I got it for.
