Kroppslängd
För att kunna mäta din kroppslängd exakt ska du ställa dig på ett plant underlag utan skor, helst med ryggen mot en rak vägg. Huvudet, axlarna och sätet ska vidröra väggen lätt. Använd ett måttband eller en måttstock och mät från huvudets högsta punkt och lodrätt ner till fotsulan. Någon kan hjälpa dig att hålla måttbandet rakt och läsa av den exakta höjden.

Bröstomfång
För att mäta bröstomfånget lägger du måttbandet vågrätt rund överkroppen på det bredaste stället av bröstet. Se till att måttbandet löper parallellt med golvet och dra inte åt för hårt. Andas in och ut som vanligt för att få ett realistiskt mått. Det kan underlätta att mäta framför en spegel eller att be någon om hjälp.

Midjemått
Midjemåttet mäts på bålens smalaste ställe – oftast precis ovanför naveln. Se till att måttbandet löper vågrätt och ligger an nära kroppen utan att skära in. Andas lugnt och ha en naturlig hållning för att få ett så exakt resultat som möjligt.

Höftomfång
För att mäta höftomfånget ska du stå rakt och lägga måttbandet vågrätt runt det bredaste stället på höfter och säte. Se till att måttbandet löper parallellt med golvet och inte har snott sig. Det kan vara bra att mäta framför en spegel eller att be någon om hjälp för att få exakta mått.

Innerbenslängd
Innerbenslängden mäts längs insidan av benet från grenen till fotsulan. Stå rakt upp, helst barfota. Ta gärna hjälp av någon för att få mer exakta mått. Ett tips är att mäta ett par byxor som sitter bra: Lägg byxorna plant och mät den inre benlängden från grenen till den nedre fållen.
