Qualité très correct
Bien trop grand et bien trop large par rapport a la taille commander ainsi que la taille noté sur le pantalon.
Une taille xs doit correspondre a un taille 36 fr et 27 us,hors celui-ci fait au moins une taille 40 voir 42 fr et 32 us.
Je souhaite retourner le produit!

déplorable
J'ai commandé un pantalon le 29/08/2019.
A la livraison je ne reçois pas le bon article.
Je contacte le service client. Celui-ci me demande de faire des photos du pantalon recto et verso et de l'étiquette de référence du produit pour attester de leur erreur.
Je leur envoie les photos immédiatement.
Après plus d'une semaine je reçois un bon de retour.
Je remplis la fiche d'échange qui est jointe au produit et je renvoie le pantalon.
Plusieurs jours plus tard et de nombreux mails. On me dit que la fiche d'échange n'est pas valable. Que je dois refaire une nouvelle commande. Je leur dis que j'attends le remboursement pour faire une nouvelle commande.
FC-Moto m'informe que je vais être remboursé dans les prochains jours.
Deux semaines pour obtenir le remboursement, après plusieurs mails de relance.
J'ai repassé une commande et ai été livré ce matin 05/10/2019 soit 39 jours après ma commande initiale.
Si le produit est de qualité. Je suis très déçu par le service client, lent, de mauvaise foi...
Je comptais sur ce pantalon rapidement.
Beste klant. Wij hebben een nieuwe winkel. U bent automatisch doorgestuurd.
U was vóór de doorverwijzing ingelogd in onze oude winkel, log alstublieft opnieuw in in de nieuwe winkel.
U had in de oude winkel een winkelwagentje dat niet kon worden overgenomen. Vul het opnieuw met de door u gewenste artikelen.
