I have got no issues with the product. Stylish design and overall veryy good quality. Although, the quality can be improved (internal padding and strap). I wasn't too impressed with: - I got the wrong colour. I ordered grey, I received white. - The packaging was subpar. There was a lack of bubble wraps or similar. There was not enough layers of bubble wrap to protect the helmet's integrity. There was no Fragile sticker which would likely mean that the courier cannot be expected to treat the item as fragile. - Helmet had scratches as a result of the subpar packaging. These point can addressed easily and improved on. I got immediate response from customer service who rectified the issue by offering me a 50% refund. That is appreciated. But that could have been avoided if dispatched ensured they didn their part. Experience a bit of frustration with this purchase. Will potentially avoid to order from FC Moto again. Regards, Arthur

...leider fallen sie etwas klein aus und so musste ich mein XL Exemplar leider zurücksenden.

Sitzt, passt und die Belüftung ist toll. Hat jetzt mehrere Mofa Rennen und Ausfahrten überstanden. Wird empfohlen. Und wunderschön ist er dazu!
