Kropshøjde
Stå på et jævnt underlag uden sko for at måle højden. Bedst med ryggen mod en lige væg. Rør let ved væggen med hoved, skuldre og bagdel. Brug et målebånd eller en tommestok, og mål lodret fra det højeste punkt på hovedet (kronen) og ned til fodsålen. En anden person kan hjælpe dig med at holde målebåndet lige og aflæse den nøjagtige højde.

Brystomkreds
For at måle omkredsen ved brystet korrekt skal du placere målebåndet vandret rundt om overkroppen på det sted, hvor brystet er størst. Sørg for, at målebåndet ikke sidder for stramt, og at det er parallelt med gulvet Træk vejret normalt ind og ud for at opnå et realistisk mål. Det kan være en hjælp at taget målet foran et spejl eller at bede en anden person om hjælp.

Taljemål
Taljeomkredsen måles der, hvor overkroppen er smallets. Det er typisk lige over navlen. Sørg for, at målebåndet er vandret og sidder tæt, men uden at stramme. Træk vejret afslappet, og indtag en naturlig kropsholdning for at opnå et præcist resultat.

Hofteomkreds
Hofteomkredsen måles ved at stå oprejst og føre målebåndet vandret rundt om den bredeste del af dine hofter og balder. Sørg for, at målebåndet løber parallelt med gulvet og ikke er snoet. En anden person eller et spejl kan hjælpe med at tage det nøjagtige mål.

Indvendig benlængde
Den indvendige sømlængde måles fra skridtet og ned til fodsålen langs den indvendige side af benet. Stå ret op, helst barfodet. Få eventuelt hjælp fra en anden person til at opnå et mere nøjagtigt mål. En praktisk metode er at bruge bukser med god pasform til at tage målet. Læg dem fladt ned, og mål den indvendige benlængde fra skridtet til den nederste kant.
