Deze versie van de klassieke MA-1 vliegjas is perfect voor warme temperaturen. Hoewel de originele MA-1 was ontworpen om piloten te beschermen tegen de barre omstandigheden van koude klimaatgebieden, was het TT-model ontworpen om het tegenovergestelde te bieden: de lichte nylonconstructie en het ontbreken van vulling bevorderen ademendheid, terwijl het de superieure kwaliteit en veelzijdigheid behoudt die je van Alpha verwacht.
De MA-1 TT lijkt qua uiterlijk op de MA-1 (hij wordt ook geleverd met het iconische rode vluchtlabel en een potlooddoos op de linker mouw), maar heeft eigenlijk een slankere snit om een dichter passende pasvorm te bevorderen. Omdat het een zomerjas is, is het bedacht om ruimte te maken voor een shirt.
