Belüftungsabdeckung direkt defekt
Die Belüftungsöffnung am Helm hinten wird lediglich von einem kleinen Gitter aus Plastik verschlossen. Dieses hat sich direkt im Karton gelöst und ist herausgefallen. Es war möglich dieses wieder am Helm anzubringen (wird anscheinend nur geklickt). Leider hat es sich allem Anschein nach bei der nächsten Fährt gelöst und ist nun nicht mehr aufzufinden. Versandkosten müsste ich in diesem Fall tragen, um den Artikel zurückzuschicken. Und dann wird laut Support erst geprüft ob es ein Gewährleistungsfall ist!? Ich hätte laut Support ca. 6 Wochen keinen Helm. Toll, fahr ich dann mit Bus und Bahn? Für einen Helm dieser Marke und in diesem Preissegment ein NoGo.
Ansonsten sitzt der Helm gut und sieht toll aus.
