Ecco come misurare la tua taglia:

Sizing Info
1 Shoulder width

Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

2 Chest circumference

Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

3 Waist

Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

4 Hips

Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

5 Arm length

Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

6 Inseam

Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

7 Outseam

Measure the outside leg length from your hip down the outside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright and barefoot with your legs naturally straight. Place the tape measure at the side of your hip and run it straight down to the sole. Make sure it stays close to your body and does not slip.

8 Thigh

Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Good but pocket placement could be better

It's functional and durable. The 2 upper zips are pockets. The 2 lower zips are ventilation gaps. When on the bike, it is usually more comfortable to have the pockets in the lower position on the thigh. So the two upper pockets are not so useful. I use it in a tropical country. Material is a bit warm, but it is still tolerable for commuting distances. It washes well in the washing machine.

water ingress though the zip area, also inner legging to tight to go over my oniel enduro boots good point fit well and comfortable when riding.

being as I already had oneal enduro boots I wanted leggings to go over the boots the leggings fit well but ( 1) the inner elasticated waterproof liner is to tight to go over the oniel boots, (2nd) riding back last night in heavy rain I could feel water ingesting through the zip area, other road bike leggings I have do have an inner gusset which stops any water that gets past the zip, disapointed with those two points not good for nearly £100

The overall product is good but one of the D loops broke when I first tried the pants on and the pockets could be a little bigger so a phone fits easier. I have replace the D loop with a cable tie
