Longueur du pied
Mesure la longueur du pied du talon jusqu’au bout de l’orteil le plus long. Mets-toi pieds nus sur une feuille de papier et répartis ton poids de façon égale. Marque l’extrémité arrière du talon et l’orteil le plus long, puis mesure la distance entre les deux. Veille à rester droit, car le pied s’élargit légèrement sous le poids du corps.
