Mesure le tour de tête en plaçant le mètre ruban horizontalement autour de la tête. Fais-le passer environ un centimètre au-dessus des sourcils, sur le front, puis autour de la partie la plus large à l’arrière de la tête. Veille à ce qu’il reste à la même hauteur tout autour, qu’il ne glisse pas et qu’il ne serre pas trop afin d’obtenir une mesure précise.
