Measure your foot length from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper and distribute your weight evenly. Mark the very back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, then measure the distance between those two points. Make sure you are standing straight, because the foot expands slightly under weight.

They are so comfortable like a pair of sneakers. Would have loved a little more ankle protection but an awesome shoe nonetheless.
