Foot length
Measure your foot length from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper and distribute your weight evenly. Mark the very back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, then measure the distance between those two points. Make sure you are standing straight, because the foot expands slightly under weight.

Stylish but flawed
For a riding shoe, it's very discrete. And as a walking shoe, it's reasonably comfortable and stylish.
But for riding, the lack of a gear lever reinforcement means that the shoe is showing signs of wear on the area with little usage.
And, as it's a high boot, you need to hide the laces under your pants to be extra safe as there's no way to secure them on the shoe.
