How to measure your height:

Shoulder width
Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

Chest circumference
Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

Waist
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Hips
Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

Arm length
Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

Inseam
Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

Outseam
Measure the outside leg length from your hip down the outside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright and barefoot with your legs naturally straight. Place the tape measure at the side of your hip and run it straight down to the sole. Make sure it stays close to your body and does not slip.

Thigh
Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Came in good condition with hanger provided. As an Asian male with an average build, 178cm tall, the jacket feels slightly loose on the shoulders. Have yet to test on the road for issues such ventilation and waterproofing of the inner liner.

Diese Motorradjacke übertrifft alle Erwartungen und erfüllt sämtliche Kriterien für eine erstklassige Ausrüstung. Ich bin absolut begeistert von ihrer Leistung und möchte meine Erfahrungen gerne teilen.
Zuallererst bietet diese Jacke einen herausragenden Schutz. Die vollständigen Protektoren an Schultern, Ellbogen und insbesondere am Rücken gewährleisten ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit, was mir ein beruhigendes Gefühl während meiner Fahrten gibt.

Oustanding protection and quality !!!
I researched several brands and finally settled with RST as they are CE Level 2 protected and made of high quality textile material. Also, this jacket comes with Shoulder + Elbows + Back protection (all Level 2). Watched some review videos on YouTube before purchase. Delivery was extremely quick, thanks FC-Moto !!! I'm 182cm, 112 kg, athletic built and 2XL fits perfect. Will buy winter jacket later this year.
