1 Foot length

Measure your foot length from the heel to the tip of your longest toe. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper and distribute your weight evenly. Mark the very back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, then measure the distance between those two points. Make sure you are standing straight, because the foot expands slightly under weight.

2 Foot width

Measure your foot width at the widest part of your foot, usually across the ball of the foot. Stand barefoot on a sheet of paper, mark the outermost widest points, and measure the distance between them. Make sure your foot is flat on the floor and that the marks or tape measure are not angled.

very confortble shoes

Not a tank

Just as shown as in the pictures, looking cool, and very comfortable. But as protection wise, i would call it "weak". Almost no protection in the toe area, just as regular boots. If u r looking for some level of protection, not ur deal. But very comfy and good looking. Sizing is not a issiue I wear 42 normally, just in case ordered 43, could be 42 either but I m fine anyway
