Description

Revit Alpinus GTX Motorcycle Textile Pants

Whether you're riding in the mountains or slogging through city traffic, you're going to face rain at some point. These premium GORE-TEX overtrousers are waterproof and breathable like no other, giving you everything you need to keep your legs dry and comfortable. The Alpinus GTX is lightweight, rain and wind resistant, and barely absorbs any water. So even an occasional shower can't ruin your day. Let's not make it too complicated for ourselves with the overpants. If the weather changes on the way, it must go quickly. Thanks to generous, easy-to-open zippers, you can keep your boots on. Once you've got the pants on, adjust the fit you want at the hips and ankles. The 3L 400 denier GORE-TEX fabric is abrasion resistant, waterproof, windproof and breathable. Riding in wet conditions poses several risks. That's why these overtrousers, with SEEFLEX protectors on the knees and SEESMART on the hips, provide the protection you need without being bulky. The Sure-Grip panel on the buttocks prevents slipping on the seat. In the waterproof cargo pocket on the right thigh you can store important things like smartphone and keys safe and handy.

How to measure your height:

Sizing Info
1 Shoulder width

Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

2 Chest circumference

Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

3 Waist

Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

4 Hips

Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

5 Arm length

Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

6 Inseam

Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

7 Outseam

Measure the outside leg length from your hip down the outside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright and barefoot with your legs naturally straight. Place the tape measure at the side of your hip and run it straight down to the sole. Make sure it stays close to your body and does not slip.

8 Thigh

Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Uitstekend

Goed waterdicht, zit lekker ruim en is makkelijk aan en uit te trekken over een spijkerbroek heen. Broekspijpen zijn goed strak te maken in geval van hevige regen.

Best in class

Perfect for my daily commutes - the only Goretex Pro overpants with AA rating. They are comfy, easy to put on and off while wearing boots, and they seem well made. I've tried the Berlin first, but they are not in the same league. My other overpants are BMW (Clima protect and Barcelona GTX) and while I'm an M in those, and a 50 or 52 (depending on how fat I am :))) ) in Rukka normal motorcycle pants, I needed an L in these. Rode in temperatures from 5 to 25 degrees with them, over jeans, and with the right level boot, they kept me comfy. Only moderate rain, so far, nothing serious to report. I am familiar with laminated vs liner, I have multiple other items with Goretex Pro, I expect these to perform in a similar fashion - to keep me dry for a 45 minutes ride in torrential rain in the morning, without soaking up water, so they can be dry and ready to perform again when I put them on at the end of the work day. For at least 2 years before starting to leak :))
