How to measure your height:

Shoulder width
Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

Chest circumference
Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

Waist
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Hips
Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

Arm length
Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

Inseam
Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

Outseam
Measure the outside leg length from your hip down the outside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright and barefoot with your legs naturally straight. Place the tape measure at the side of your hip and run it straight down to the sole. Make sure it stays close to your body and does not slip.

Thigh
Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Einfach schick😍
Ich hoffe, die Schutzwirkung dieser Jacke nicht testen zu müssen. Dem Geschriebenen vertrauend, habe ich Jacke und Hose nun bei jeder Fahrt an. Der Tragekomfort ist super, an den bis jetzt frischen Tagen kein frösteln, die heißen Tage werden die kühlende Wirkung hoffentlich Realität werden.

Kaufempfehlung
Ich trage die Pando Moto Shell UH 03 meistens unter einem Baumwoll-Hoodie. Wenn es besonders warm ist (ich lebe auf Mallorca), lässt sie sich aber auch problemlos als eigenständige Jacke nutzen. Das Material ist sehr elastisch und schmiegt sich angenehm an den Körper an. Unter der Jacke trage ich persönlich noch ein langärmliges Shirt, da sich das Gewebe an den Armen für mich subjektiv etwas kratzig anfühlt.
Die mitgelieferten Level-1-Protektoren tragen nicht auf und sind bequem, wirkten auf mich jedoch etwas zu „dünn“. Deshalb werde ich sie durch Level-2-Protektoren (SC-1/KA2 Air) sowie einen Rückenprotektor (Quatroflex Back) ersetzen.
Insgesamt eine klare Kaufempfehlung: Sehr gute Passform, flexibel einsetzbar und mit stärkeren Protektoren ein richtig hochwertiges Schutzteil.

I can wear regular large size clothing over the top and feel protected. It feels snug yet flexible, I trust it does it's job well if needs be. Very cool in my opinion.
