Ok chain, poor service

Chain is ok. I was informed about delayed delivery 3 weeks in advance. Support ignored my request to swap delayed 12mm chain with 14mm + additional payment. Customs declaration was filled for wrong person. I had to waste 2 working days to resolve this issue with customs myself. Good prices, good products and awful FC Moto customer service.
