seal (25°C): 1.10 g/cm3
basic material: 60.0 - 70.0 % polyurethane
solvent:30.0 - 40.0% (mixture acetone/ethyl acetate)
temperature resistance from -55° to +270°C (for a short time up to 300°C)
max. temperature resistance from -55° to +270°C (for a short time up to 300°C)
max. temperature resistance from -5°C to +270°C (for a short time up to 300°C)
max. temperature resistance from -5°C up to +270°C (for a short time up to 300°C) Gap filling capacity: approx. 0.20 mm
State of delivery: pasty
Corrosion behaviour: prevents atmospheric corrosion
Storage capacity: unlimited at room temperature
Contains no isocyanates!
Resistance:
Permanently plastic, very adhesive polyurethane-based sealing compound. Due to its excellent thermal, mechanical and chemical resistance, MARSTON Universal Seal is particularly suitable for demanding and critical sealing joints.
MARSTON Universal Seal is resistant to all mineral oils and a variety of synthetic oils, lubricants, fuels, additives, air, gases, water and water Antifreeze mixtures.

MARSTON Universal Seal is free of silicone.
Processing information:
Clean the sealing surfaces with MARSTON CLEANER. Apply MARSTON - Universal Seal on one side, allow to flash off on both sides and for approx. 10 minutes in case of strong roughness depths. Then assemble the parts. After 10 minutes, tighten the screw connection again. No longer waiting time required!
