How to measure your height:

1 Chest circumference

Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

2 Waist

Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

3 Hips

Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

nicht durchdacht

Ich trage die Tridale Hose in M, eine eVest Pro in L und muss die Jacke in XL nehmen, damit eine hoch aufgestellte Faust zwischen Jacke und Airbahweste passt. Ohne die Held Snap Brace Hosenträger in M ist die Hose ständig am rutschen, weil die eVest Pro unter dem Hosenbund getragen werden muss. Die Hosenträger sollen eigentlich unter der eVest getragen werden, aber dann kann ich Jacke und Hose nicht mehr verbinden, weil der Reißverschluss von der Airbagweste verdeckt wird. Ich muss daher gegen die Anweisung von Held die Airbagweste unter, also die Hosenträger über der Airbagweste tragen. Ich hätte ehrlich gesagt erwartet, dass es bei Held jmd gibt, der sowas mal testet.
