If you get caught in a rain shower, the waterproof Dryway+ 2.0 membrane will keep you dry and comfortable. The Outlast® lining regulates the temperature inside the jacket. It consists of millions of microscopic paraffin wax capsules that absorb, store and release excess heat. Generous openings on the sleeves, chest and back increase ventilation. Reinforcements on shoulders and elbows are made of HI-ART® material which offers a very high abrasion resistance. In addition, adjustable level 2 class AA protectors on shoulders and elbows ensure optimal safety when you're on the road. The jacket can still be retrofitted with a chest and back protector (available as an option).

Mediocre product
I've bought the Solberg jacket and here is my first impression. Despite it's well made and I like the aesthetics, the biggest drawback is the use of the very stiff protective inserts in the shoulder and elbow areas. Hey, Halvarssons, the better L2 protection solutions exist on the market! Moreover, the shoulder and elbow areas are additionally protected with thick leather instead of textile, that makes these areas even more stiff and separate from the other part of the jacket. All of these make the jacket fit uncomfortable. I'll consider replacing the protective inserts.
