This jacket delivers with aluminum inserts on the shoulders, full-grain D-skin 2.0 leather construction, an optimized aerodynamic hump and the intelligent D-Air® system for protecting the clavicles, shoulders, chest and back. Bielastic S1 inserts, air inlets on the sides and a 3D Bubble interior provide optimum comfort. D-Air® is combined with ProArmor protectors for an excellent level of safety.

D-Air® system:

D-Air® is a stand-alone electronic airbag system for on-road use that only works when integrated into and connected to a specially designed and certified Dainese protective clothing.

The 6 sensors, the electronics and the GPS of the system are integrated into the Pro Armor back protector so you do not need to install a kit on your bike. The D-Air® control unit monitors the sensor signals 1000 times per second with a sophisticated tripping algorithm. The D-Air® system works in synergy with existing safety guards to protect the following body parts of the driver:

The airbag is inflated with high pressure, is anatomically shaped and has a volume of 4 liters.

D-Air® detects and activates its revolutionary additional protection in the following accidents:

Frontal and lateral collisions: Impact on fixed or moving objects.
Highsider: The driver is 'catapulted' by the motorcycle after the rear wheel slips and suddenly regains liability.
Lowsider with rollover: Slipping of the front or rear wheel and rolling the driver.

How to measure your height:

1 Body height

To determine your exact height, stand on a flat surface without shoes, preferably with your back against a straight wall. Ensure that your head, shoulders and bottom are lightly touching the wall. Use a tape measure or folding rule and measure vertically from the highest point of your head (crown) to the sole of your foot. A second person can help you hold the tape measure straight and read the exact height.

2 Chest circumference

To measure your chest size correctly, place the measuring tape horizontally around your upper body at the fullest part of your chest. Ensure that the tape measure is not too tight and runs parallel to the floor. Breathe in and out normally to obtain a realistic measurement. It may be helpful to take the measurement in front of a mirror or ask a second person for assistance.

3 Waist circumference

The waist circumference is measured at the narrowest point of your torso – usually just above the navel. Ensure that the tape measure is horizontal and fits snugly, but does not cut into the skin. Breathe calmly and maintain a natural posture to obtain an accurate result.

4 Hip circumference

To measure your hip circumference, stand upright and wrap the tape measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Ensure that the tape measure is flat and parallel to the floor. A second person or a mirror can help to take an accurate measurement.

5 Inside leg length

The inside leg length is measured along the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole of the foot. Stand up straight, preferably barefoot. If possible, ask someone else to help you to obtain a more accurate measurement. A practical method is to measure a pair of pants that fit well: Lay them flat and measure the inside leg length from the crotch to the bottom hem.
