Excellent Pants
I purchased the jacket and found it to be 5 Star. I then purchased these pants due to the jacket quality. Dainese gear fits me well and these are no exception.
They are wam with the liner installed, I do wish the liner retention straps were color coded in the leg (white to white or similar). With the liner removed they are not hot weather pants, but do breathe well enough when moving and still offer protection. With the GoreTex there is no water intrusion.
Very happy with purchase.

Excellent (So Far)
I have worn the trousers numerous times since January and so far they are excellent in the cold. You are able to tighten the ankles using velcro, thereby stopping any cold/wind accessing the legs. As yet, I haven't tried them in the wet so cannot comment on their waterproofness.
