Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

Chest circumference
Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

Waist
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Hips
Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

Arm length
Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

passt Top und ist bequem
Mein zukünftiger Schwiegersohn empfahl mir diese Weste zum unterziehen beim tragen leichter Sommer Jacken ohne Protektoren auf dem Bike. Passt, sitzt, nicht zu warm und man fühlt sich sicher👍

Hat mir den Rücken gerettet
Ich habe mir diese Jacke für die Wintersport Session gekauft, da wir jedes Jahr Rodeln gehen und mittlerweile auch an Rennen teilnehmen.
Tragekomfort ist super, alles sitzt genau da wo es soll und nichts verrutscht. Trotzdem noch dünn genug um eine Ski Jacke drüber zu bekommen.
Aber in punkto Sicherheit ist solch eine Jacke unerlässlich. Beim Trainingslauf kam ich von der Strecke ab und fiel ca. 4 m einen Abhang im Wald hinunter und schlug mit dem Rücken auf altes Geäst und Eis.
Außer blauen Flecken überall (vor allem auf der Wirbelsäule mit gepunkteten Abdrücken des Rückenprotektors) hatte ich keine Verletzungen.
Ohne diese Jacke hätte ich mich mit Sicherheit an der Wirbelsäule stark verletzt.

Habe mich bei 1,81 Größe und 100 kg (Kampf)Gewicht bewußt für XXL entschieden.
Glück gehabt.
Schulter- und Ellenbogenprotektoren sitzen wie maßgefertigt.
Brustprotektor etwas stramm, mal sehen wie es beim Fahren wird.
Was mich irritiert, ist der extrem kurze Rückenprotektor.
