How to measure your height:
1
Head circumference
Measure your head circumference by placing the tape measure horizontally around your head. Guide it about one centimetre above your eyebrows across your forehead and around the widest part at the back of your head. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and is neither slipping nor too tight so you get an accurate measurement.

Good helmet for the price
Good comfortable helmet, very well ventilated, a bit on the heavy side, FOV is very wide and perfect.
Due to good ventilation helmet is loud, but nothing that a set of earplugs couldn't change on a longer ride.
Plus is you can get photochromatic visor, which is a very nice QOL update.

Good
The peak might be a little too short for skme but its fine for me. Best part is the speaker pocket near our ears, helps with the setting up of Cardo. I am still using the clam to get it on my helmet and there is no discomfort to my head or ears.

Great ADV helmet at a bargain price.
Really good helmet at a great price. Fantastic view angles wider than most other helmets I have used in the past. Not as light as the Airoh Commander but definitely more plush, better ventilated and cheaper. All you need and nothing you don't highly recommended.
