Macna's Chieftane consists of detachable layers that are attached to the outer shell by Easy Cuff™. This system makes use of zips instead of loops and snaps, which prevents loose, floating layers inside your jacket. The waterproof membrane is detachable, as is the thermal liner that can also be worn as stand-alone garment. On the inside, the Electric Power Guide (E.P.G.) is a system of loops that lets you comfortably run cables through your sleeves to power your gloves when connected to a battery in your pocket or the battery of your motorcycle. Ventilation options are present in abundance. The chest features big panels, and the arms are fitted with a large zipper at the front and one at the back of the upper arm. The back of the jacket also has a large panel so air can find its way through easily. Reflective Night Eye™ details make you more visible in the dark. On the back you will find a Hydro Pocket and an integrated kidney belt made of TPR. The new protective element EXO R.I.S.C.™ at the elbow is based on Macna's interior impact protectors. R.I.S.C.™ Level 2 protectors on the shoulders and elbows ensure a high level of safety with this AA protection class jacket. In addition, at the upper back there's a pocket for the Vision 2C LED light by Macna (not included). The chest features two buckles to which the Vision Tech Vest by Macna can be attached (not included).

Sehr gute Jacke
Die Jacke ist für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt. Durch den 3 lagigen Aufbau ist sie für alle Zwecke geeignet. Bisher habe ich nur die Jacke getragen, das hat vol ausgereicht. Auch die hält einem Schaue stand. Es gibt viele Verstellmöglichkeiten an Armen und Bund und der integrierte Nierengurt ist wirklich gut. Es gibt eine wasserdichte Innentasche und viele Verstaumöglichkeiten für allerlei Kleinkram. Protektorentaschen sind selbstverständlich. Schulter und Ellenbogenprotektoren waren dabei. Rückenprotektor hat aus meiner alten Jacke gepasst.Und von Aussehen her hebt die sich klar vom Alltagsschwarze ab.
