How to measure your height:

Shoulder width
Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

Chest circumference
Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

Waist
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Hips
Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

Arm length
Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

Top Helm
Der Helm ist super verarbeitet passt sehr gut und sieht gut aus. Fällt groß aus, habe sonst Größe M in Helmen und bei diesem brauchte ich S. Eigentlich wäre er 5 Sterne aber ich gebe aber nur vier,weil die Stellen wo die Lautsprecher des Kommunikationssystems hin sollen ein bisschen zu tief sind.

Toller Helm mit einem kleinen Manko
Der Helm ist toll, nicht für die Autobahn gemacht...bei 90km/h wird's doch anstrengend aber zum cruisen top.
Jetzt meine Beanstandung, als Brillenträger ist es etwas schwierig eine Position zufinden wo die Brille auf der Nase bleibt und nicht in der Luft schwebt...mehr Spiel für die Brillenbügel wäre gut.
