The Shoei Neotec 3 Voryx Helmet combines an aerodynamically optimised design with versatile features for urban riding, winding roads and extended motorcycle tours. The AIM helmet shell and multi-piece polystyrene liner system with varying levels of impact absorption form the basis of the safety construction. Thanks to P/J homologation in accordance with ECE-R 22.06, the helmet can also be used with the chin bar open and locked in position when riding at an appropriate speed. The clear CNS-3C visor provides a wide horizontal and vertical field of vision, while the included Pinlock EVO insert helps prevent fogging. The self-adjusting visor mechanism allows tool-free replacement and offers an additional opening position for fresh air intake. The integrated, continuously adjustable QSV-2 sun visor provides additional glare protection. The extensive ventilation system with air intakes and a removable insect filter supplies fresh air when the helmet is closed and helps regulate temperature and humidity. Smooth surfaces, integrated spoilers and the specially designed chin bar mechanism reduce wind resistance and riding noise. The balanced weight distribution reduces strain on the neck muscles, while removable and washable interior padding, together with noise-reducing ear and cheek pads, enhances comfort. The micro-ratchet fastening system ensures a secure fit. The separately available Sena SRL3 Mesh communication system can be integrated via the Shoei Comlink interface.
