Gut. Gore(Tex)-Kundendienst absolut katastrophal
Die Hose ist eigentlich sehr gut. Die Raptor Jacke jedoch enttäuscht durch eine Stelle an den Ärmel, oberhalb des Ellenbogens, beidseitig, wo entweder schlecht gegen Kälte isoliert ist oder nicht winddicht. Rukka hat top freundlich und umgehend reagiert und eine Leihjacke gesendet. Da die Garantie-überprüfung jedoch durch Gore abgewickelt wird, musste ich mich für das einsenden der mangelhaften Jacke bei denen melden. Und die sind ultra kompliziert und unfreundlich!!! Die Abwicklung stockt dört seit gut dreii Wochen!!! Also besser über fc moto abwickeln. Wir sind aus der Schweiz und ich dachte so würde es schneller gehen 🤣🤣
