How to measure your height:

Shoulder width
Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

Chest circumference
Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

Waist
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Hips
Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

Arm length
Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

Inseam
Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

Outseam
Measure the outside leg length from your hip down the outside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright and barefoot with your legs naturally straight. Place the tape measure at the side of your hip and run it straight down to the sole. Make sure it stays close to your body and does not slip.

Thigh
Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Bang for buck from Revit
This is my second purchase! My previous blue one lasted four years but looked too worn from sun exposure. The jacket has an inner lining that works well in the rain, but for colder weather, you'll need a sweater underneath. You can ride in lower temperatures, just ensure your jacket size allows for layering. Highly recommended!

Sehr gute Mashjacke
Die Jacke ist für die Sommermonate perfekt.
Falls es doch mal regent ist eine Regenjacke mit dabei die drunter oder drüber getragen werden kann.
Die Verstellmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend.
Eine Napoleontasche zusätzlich wäre noch praktisch gewesen.
Was mich etwas stört ist der Verschluß am Hals. Hier wäre ein Klettverschluß besser gewesen, als dieser Druckknopf.
The collar of the inner jacket was not stitched correctly and wound not close normally. The stitching on the main outer jacket was also not well done in places. The faults in the outer jacker were minor and cosmetic but the inner jacker could not be worn comfortably. Disappointed also that I had to pay to return this :(.
