Excellent
I use it for wind-proofing, wearing it under my leather jackets. Thin/light enough to be worn under leather jackets, yet excellent for blocking wind/cold.

Excellent Breathability
This is my second H2Out Spidi Rain Chest Rain Jacket, less refined than 1st gen, but more compact size and cheaper price. Still excellent water proof and breathability, perfect.
