For sizing I recomend to vist Sixs homepage - You add your heght+weight and it recommends the best fitting size for you (At first I ordered L-size pants, but had to exchange for XL (I am 179cm/78kg, atheltic build; after I found out that the L-size is too tight, then I discovered the sizing chart at Sixs homepage).
