SHIMA Rush 2.0 waterproof Motorcycle Textile Jacket

Rush 2.0 is a 3-layer motorcycle textile jacket with universal use. It is the follow-on to the trusty Rush model, which has been given updated parameters to protect you to an even greater extent. This jacket is designed for urban and suburban travel in a variety of weather conditions. The H3 Heat Free System with ventilation panels on the chest, forearms, sides and back, as well as a removable insulating layer and the NextDry™ waterproof membrane allow you to adapt the temperature inside the jacket to the prevailing weather conditions. The well-thought-out construction and width adjustment at the waist and sleeves allow you to enjoy exceptional comfort. The DuoLayer Protection fabric reinforcement on the shoulders and elbows provides excellent durability and abrasion resistance. Included with the jacket you'll find breathable SHIMA AirForce back, shoulder, and elbow protectors. The elbow protector pockets with 2-position height adjustment allow you to customize the protectors. Thanks to the connection zips - 360° and short zip - you can pair the jacket with the matching Rush 2.0 pants for women, creating a complete set for your next motorcycle rides.

Great jacket!

I got it for a ride to Austrian mountain pass (Grossglockner) planned in mid October. The temparatures during this two day trip were between 5 and 16 degrees. I didn't use inner waterproof membrane, instead I used my dedicated motorcycling rain jacket and pants and I think it's better option than inner membrane. Inner heating layer was very helpful and did a great job. However, it doesn't have sleeves, so I still used one more additional layer for cold morning and time on the mountain pass. Overall, super happy with this jacket. Fits very well, very good adjustments on sleevs and weist. Stops wind very well, also around the neck. Feels quite safe and strong material, although elbows and shoulders are just level 1 protectors. Best part for me is design and looks. Way better than all these boring "construction worker" style touring jackets. Haven't tested it in warmer days yet. But with available vents should be good for temperatures up-to +20-22°. Very happy so far.

very good quality.

After my first choice was cancelled on me, I got this, I already have the shima mesh summer jacket but needing a winter coat I decided on this, but went for 1 size up to allow for under layers.It has good Armour and is not too bulky. A good stylish jacket with all round protection.
