Either too hot, or too cold
First of all, my complaint doesnt mean this jacket is bad. I have the white one and it looks nice. It's a very high quality product, as per usual from Revi't.
However, bear in mind that without the internal liner, it lets so much air in that below 30 degrees or when i get to some mountains i start kinda freezing. It's amazing in hot weathers, you will feel protected and cooled. When planning summer rides you can carry a long sleeve shirt for this case.
Then, when you put on the thick internal liner, it becomes very snug around you and very warm and winter capable. So, i use this jacket either below 18 degrees and over 30. When the weather is perfect I use my leather jacket.
One another complaint is the style of outside pockets, pretty hard to get to. Oh and you should definitely buy the Seesoft back protector.
This can be your only jacket if you are willing to compensate a little bit by carrying a shirt and the liner with you.

Sportlich, durchdacht und absolut tourentauglich
Die Revit Tornado 4 H2O Jacke hat mich direkt überzeugt. Der Schnitt ist angenehm sportlich, eher kurz gehalten und sitzt schön körpernah - ohne einzuengen. In Kombination mit der passenden Hose ergibt sich ein stimmiges Gesamtbild, sowohl optisch als auch funktional.
Die Belüftung ist richtig stark. Gerade an wärmeren Tagen merkt man, wie gut die Luft durch die großen Mesh-Bereiche zirkuliert. Trotzdem bleibt die Jacke mit ihren drei Schichten (Außenschale, Thermofutter und wasserdichte Membran) auch bei kühlem oder nassem Wetter absolut tourentauglich.
Positiv finde ich auch die Sichtbarkeit: Die Reflektoren sind dezent integriert, sorgen aber für eine gute Präsenz im Straßenverkehr - besonders bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen.
Was mir besonders aufgefallen ist: Auch mit eingesetztem Rückenprotektor wirkt die Jacke nicht „aufgeblasen“ oder schwer. Sie bleibt angenehm zu tragen und trägt sich auf längeren Strecken sehr komfortabel.
Fazit: Eine sportlich geschnittene, top belüftete Jacke mit durchdachten Details und angenehmem Tragegefühl - bei Sonne, Regen und allem dazwischen.

Erfahrung nach ca. 1.900Kilometer
Die Jacke macht nach einer kurzen Tragezeit von ca. 1.900 Kilometer einen sehr guten Eindruck. Verarbeitung und Tragekomfort entspricht der Beschreibung. Zu beachten ist, bei der Entnahme der Innenjacke, wird die Jacke natürlich etwas weiter. Aber das kann man sich ja denken. Die Belüftung, dafür kauft man eine Mesh-Jacke, ist für warme Tage hervorragend. Mit der Innenjacke ist sie sicherlich auch für das Frühjahr und den Herbst geeignet.
