How to measure your height:

Shoulder width
Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

Chest circumference
Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

Waist
Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

Hips
Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

Arm length
Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

Inseam
Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

Outseam
Measure the outside leg length from your hip down the outside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright and barefoot with your legs naturally straight. Place the tape measure at the side of your hip and run it straight down to the sole. Make sure it stays close to your body and does not slip.

Thigh
Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Good quality but airflow is disappointing
Nice jacket, good quality. Looks fantastic. Fit is a bit smaller than other manufacturers' jackets of the same size, especially with the liner installed. Left size zipper pull is annoying. I can feel airflow through the sleeves, but really nothing through the torso.

Amazing jacket with some limitations
Overall, I'm very happy with this jacket. Without the liner, it offers fantastic ventilation. With the liner, it has amazing wind protection and feels warm. I wish it had more pockets - only 2 external ones are not always enough. The internal one would get soaked in the rain. And this brings me to the biggest limitation - when you hit bad weather on a longer ride, you need to take the jacket off in order to put on the liner, and it's not what you want to do in the rain. So I only use the liner for warmth, but not as a waterproof jacket - I still have a normal rain jacket with me.
