How to measure your height:

1 Shoulder width

Measure your shoulder width across your back from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other. Stand upright and let your arms hang relaxed at your sides. Guide the tape measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the upper back and make sure it does not slip.

2 Chest circumference

Measure your chest circumference at the fullest part of your chest. Run the tape measure horizontally around your upper body under your arms. Make sure the tape stays level and breathe naturally without puffing out your chest.

3 Waist

Measure your waist at the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Stand upright and keep breathing normally while you place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape is not digging in but also not too loose, so you get a realistic measurement.

4 Hips

Measure your hips at the widest part of your buttocks. Stand upright with your feet about hip-width apart and place the tape measure horizontally around your body. Make sure the tape stays at the same height all the way around and does not slip up or down.

5 Arm length

Measure your arm length from the outer shoulder point to your wrist. Let your arm hang naturally and relaxed at your side. Run the tape measure along the outside of your arm down to the wrist.

6 Inseam

Measure your inseam from the crotch down along the inside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright, ideally without shoes and with your legs slightly apart. Run the tape measure straight down and make sure it does not slip.

7 Outseam

Measure the outside leg length from your hip down the outside of your leg to the sole of your foot. Stand upright and barefoot with your legs naturally straight. Place the tape measure at the side of your hip and run it straight down to the sole. Make sure it stays close to your body and does not slip.

8 Thigh

Measure your thigh at the fullest part. Wrap the tape loosely around your leg without pulling it tight. For an accurate result, stand relaxed and distribute your weight evenly on both legs.

Nice pants, Nice fit

Hey, Was a bit hesitant to order online but pants fit my long legs well. I I feel quite comfortable, they go over sidi adventure without problem.

높은 품질 만족합니다.

신체사이즈 171cm, 75kg에 사이즈 M short를 구입했는데 맞춘듯 잘 맞습니다. 내피가 두툼해서 (실내에서 입어본 느끔으로는)이것만으로도 한겨울 라이딩이 가능할 것 같습니다. 무게감은 제법 있는데, 안전을 고려한 섬유 프로텍터가 내장되어 있기 때문인 것으로 이해합니다. 아주 만족스럽습니다.

Avarage

It was diffucult to find the right size. L size fitted on waist but legs were baggy. M size was okay for the legs but very tight on waist. Zips at the bottom of pants are better choice than velcro for me. I did not like velcro on these pants. 3 different layers not always are easy to put on and of. Return is very expensive.
