Toller Helm mit kleinen Unschönheiten
Dies ist bereits mein zweiter Helm von NEXX.
Der Nexx X.Wed2 ist ein gut durchdachter Helm und sehr gut für den Einsatz auf längeren Touren. Das Aussehen ist auffallend anders und dadurch hebt der Helm sich etwas von der Masse der Helme am Markt ab. Das ist ein sehr typisches Merkmal fast aller Helme die Nexx im Program hat.
Der X.Wed2 hat ein sehr grosses Sichtfeld und kann mit offenem Visier (PIN Lock liegt in der Verpackung mit dabei) auch mit einer Crossbrille (zb Barstow passt genau - die kann auch von Brillenträgern genutzt werden) gefahren werden. Das macht den Helm in manchen Situationen zum Allrounder.
Das Schild ist aerodynamisch gut designed und stört auch bei Geschwindigkeiten über 140km/h nicht. Allerdings beim seitwärts drehen merkt man dann doch, dass ein Schild da ist. Das Schild kann jedoch auch abgenommen werden und der Helm ist dann ein normaler Integralhelm.
Der X.Wed2 kommt mit einigen Adaptern, um zb Actioncams einfach Helm zu befestigen.
Der Helm kann mit einem dedizierten Headset von Nexx (X-Com = Sena OEM 10R) ausgestattet werden, dadurch sind alle Komponenten wie Bedieneinheit, Micro, Lautsprecher, Akku und Antenne im Helm untergebracht und nichts stört die Silhouette des Helms.
Jedoch gibt es ein paar kleine Qualitätsmängel, die ich bei meinem zweiten Nexx nicht so kenne:
- die Lackierung ist sehr empfindlich und bekommt schnell kleinere Abplatzer
- der Riemen des Doppel D Verschluss ist etwas zu dünn und verdreht sich daher gerne beim
zuziehen
- die D Ringe sind nicht ganz so stark, wie man es von anderen Helmen kennt
- die Druckknöpfe des Innenfutters gehen zu leicht und daher sind sie oft lose
Positiv finde ich:

+ sehr viele Visierfarben erhältlich
+ Sonnenvisier
+ umfangreiche Ausstattung
+ gute Belüftung
+ wenig Windgeräusche
+ in vielen Designs erhältlich

Great fit and quality finish
Very versatile and we'll built. The only real issue I have is the housing placement of the built in intercom. It is covered with a raised plastic piece that you cannot put your own intercoms over, so need to place your own in an awkward position. I think along with the many plastic mounts they already include, there should be one to make the area flush with the helmet so different coms can be used.

Schöner ADV Helm mit Schwächen
Ungewöhnlich ist das Torsionsmoment, auf den Hals. wenn man über 100 km/h den Kopf zur Seite dreht. Möchte damit keine 160 fahren.
Lüftung ist gut. Helm etwas schwer.
Ansonsten grosses. BLickfeld. Geräuschlevel etwas hoch. Design gefällt. Pinloc enthalten.
Unbedingt Probefahren.

Le prix n'est pas à la hauteur de mes attentes
Bonjour, Au premier coup d'œil, le casque est bien fini, il y a beaucoup d'accessoires, des pièces de rechanges (et heureusement) mais là premier constat, pas de bande réfléchissante parce que le produit est acheté sur un site allemand. Donc si vous êtes français vous n'aurez pas de bandes réfléchissantes donc risque d'amende en roulant en France. Je roule en Guyane sur une KTM 1290 Super Adventure et j'avais un casque Shoei GT Air silencieux mais beaucoup trop chaud pour la Guyane. J'ai donc, après des heures de comparatif décidé d'acheter ce casque. Je peux dire que c'est un casque relativement bruyant surtout lorsque vous tournez la tête sur les côtés. De plus lorsque je tourne la tête vers la droite j'ai de l'air qui passe par la bulle alors que pas de l'autre côté. C'est étrange. Je m'attendais à bien ressentir l'air pénétrer par les aérations lorsque la bulle est fermée et personnellement c'est décevant au regard du bruit généré. Je vous invite à faire très attention aux pattes qui fixent la visière et la bulle car pour mettre le pinlock il faut tout démonter ce qui se passe bien après avoir lu la notice et visionné les très bonnes vidéos sur le site Nexx. Par contre au remontage, les boutons quarts de tour sont très fragiles et j'ai celui de droite qui a sectionné en 2 au niveau du T, heureusement il y a une pièce de rechange. Je peux donc continuer à l'utiliser. Dernier point que je regrette c'est la housse de transport qui n'englobe pas entièrement le casque ce qui donne l’impression que celui-ci risque de tomber de sa housse à tout moment. Le lacet de serrage est trop court ce qui ne permet pas de le porter sur l'épaule. Voilà ce que je peux dire de ce casque. Je ne pense pas le recommander c'est dommage car j'avais bon espoir en lisant les comparatifs. Ah oui j'oubliais je roule plus de 25000 km par an donc je le porte tous les jours.
